做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
