做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
