做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
