做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
