做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
