做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
