做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
