做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
