做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
