做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
