做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
