做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
