做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
