做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
