做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
