做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
