做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
