做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
