做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
