做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
