做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
