做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
