做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
