做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
