做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
