做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
