做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
