做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
