做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
