做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
