做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
