做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
