做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
