做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
