做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
