做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
