做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
