做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
