做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
