做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
