做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
