做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
