做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
