做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
