做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
