做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
