做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
