做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
