做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
