做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
